When is FutureNet Asia?
FutureNet Asia will be held 22-23 September. For detailed timings and schedule please see full conference agenda.
Will meals be provided?
Light Breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch will be provided each day. On 22 September there is a drinks reception with canapés at the close of the conference. Also provided is barista-style coffee, water, and various other drinks.
What should I wear to the event?
Business casual attire is recommended. The conference rooms are air-conditioned, so we suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue for all attendees.
Is there a prayer room available during the event?
There is a dedicated prayer room located on level 3 of Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
Is Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre accessible for persons with disabilities?
Yes. Marina Bay Sands is a fully accessible venue with wheelchair access, accessible toilets, and lift access.

How can I register to attend?
You can register on the FutureNet Asia dedicated registration page.
What does my registration include?
Your registration includes full access to the keynote sessions, conference sessions, exhibition, FutureNet Asia Awards, along with daily refreshment breaks and lunch. The Networking Drinks Reception on Tuesday September 22 is also included.
Are group discounts available?
Yes, discounts are available for groups of 3. Please contact info@futurentworld.net for details.
When will I get my badge?
Your badge will be printed when you arrive at the venue, display your QR code (found on the event app/confirmation email) to cut the queue! Go to the welcome desk located outside Jasmine Ballroom on Level 3 between 8am and 5pm on Tuesday September 22, and from 8am until 3.30pm on Wednesday September 23.

Do I need a visa to attend the conference in Singapore?
Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required. Please check with Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority

Yes, Marina Bay Sands Hotel is directly connected to the venue however FutureNet does not have preferential rates.

How do I get to Marina Bay Sands from the airport?
Taxi: 20-25 minutes from Changi Airport (Approx. SGD 25-35)
Grab: Use ‘Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre’ as your destination.
MRT: 40-60 minutes from Changi Airport MRT Station:
- Follow signs to the MRT station which is accessible from Terminals 2 and 3.
- East West Line (Green Line): Take the East West Line towards Tanah Merah station.
- Transfer at Expo: At Tanah Merah, transfer to the East West Line towards Pasir Ris, and alight at Expo.
- From Expo, take the Downtown Line towards Bukit Panjang, and alight at Bayfront station.
- Walk to Marina Bay Sands
Is there a Car Park at Marina Bay Sands?
- Yes, complimentary parking is available onsite for registered attendees at FutureNet Asia on 22-23 September.
- Parking coupons can be collected from the FutureNet Asia welcome desk located at the Jasmine Ballroom.
- Coupons should be presented at the gantry when exiting the car park.
