Aaron Boasman-Patel is Vice President of Knowledge and Innovation at TM Forum, where he leads the Forum’s global knowledge and innovation capability. His remit brings together industry research and analysis, Inform, global conference content, executive engagement, Catalysts and innovation, helping TM Forum and its members understand emerging change, establish clear industry positions and turn new ideas into practical outcomes. Aaron has almost twenty years of experience across the telecoms and associated industries, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, autonomous networks, customer experience and industry innovation. He holds an M.A. (Oxon) from the University of Oxford.
