Aaron is responsible for The Forum’s efforts in these areas by creating industry best practices and standards and acting as an advisor to the Forum’s membership base. As an experienced speaker, he chairs and facilitates workshops at internal events and international industry conferences. Aaron has worked in the telecoms and associated industries for over twelve years. He holds a Master of Arts degree (Oxon) from the University of Oxford. He lives in London, UK.le for leading the Forum’s artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation, culture, and customer experience and analytics collaboration programs. In this role, he defines and executes the strategic vision for the Forum
