Ahmed Alzaabi is a Vice President Access Operations in e& UAE with more than 21 years of experience in the telecom sector. Ahmed specializes in network operations and is responsible for operation transformation driven by AI. He made a major contribution in launching 5G private network and the rollout of 5G SA. By leveraging on automation, he improved network availability and MTTR resulting in maintaining company leadership of the best network in the UAE market.

He holds a master’s degree in international business and marketing from the University of Dubai and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Khalifa University in UAE.
