Andrea Faggiano, Partner within Arthur D. Little’s TIME practice (Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media and Electronics), serving the TMT industry for more than two decades (22 years in Arthur D. Little). Head of TIME Practice Middle East, having worked in 25 countries for 18 offices since he joined Arthur D Little; primarily focused on Corporate Strategy, M&A, Network and Wholesale Economics, ICT, Regulation and Competition. Regular guest speaker in boardrooms, private events and global conferences for sharing insights and perspectives regarding future market scenarios and competitive trends. Author of several industry viewpoints and public policy studies, such as The Future of Internet and The Digital Manifesto for Europe. Assisted several types of High-Tech players in the TMT industry: – Telecom fixed, fiber, mobile and wireless operators, MVNOs, tower companies, international carriers, content aggregators, media players, broadcast operators, datacenter operators; – IT players, Datacenter operators, ICT System Integrators; – Private Equity and other investors during M&A processes (sell-side or buy-side), including transactions about spectrum auctions and license acquisition; – Public sectors, IT and Innovation departments in government-controlled entities. Prior to Arthur D. Little, Andrea was a Research Assistant at the University of Rome (Italy) and later Network Manager and Investment Planner at Wind Telecommunications (now Wind Tre, Italy). Andrea holds a Master in Electronic Engineering (with honors) from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’, Italy. During the same period, Andrea was selected among top Italian students and hosted in the exclusive ‘Lamaro-Pozzani’ college in Rome
