Bhupinder Singh leads Vodafone Business in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and India for Vodafone’s Multi-National customers. As Vodafone’s regional head he is passionately focused on delivering customer outcomes by building and implementing a culture of customer centricity and success, challenging technology and commercial innovations, and inspiring growth mindset to create customers for life.
Bhupinder joined Vodafone in August 2013 to head Vodafone’s Customer Solutions & Service Operations across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. He has since held other senior management roles within Vodafone, including Vice President and Head of Presales and Service Management (APAC).
In Bhupinder’s most recent role as the Senior Vice President & Head of Commercial and Service Management (APAC), he was accountable for three distinct areas of Vodafone’s busines including Commercial operation, Customer Success Management, and In-life Operations.
With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Bhupinder is a veteran with a proven track record in customer success, technology, commercial innovation, leadership, and management. Prior to joining Vodafone, Bhupinder held several senior management positions within Cable & Wireless Worldwide where he achieved various notable accomplishments, such as leading the team to become the best performing business in the APAC region in his role as Country Manager (Hong Kong) and attaining the best customer satisfaction results across all channels globally as Vice-President of Service Delivery in Cable & Wireless.
Bhupinder holds a master’s in business administration for International Business from the University of California (UCLA) and a master’s in business administration for Asia-Pacific Business from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Bhupinder currently resides in Singapore with his family and enjoys playing cricket with his kids in his free time.
