Carlos leads Kearney’s Technology Centre of Excellence. With 20+ years of experience in Telco and ICT industry and past experience includes leadership roles at Alcatel Lucent and Bell Labs. He drives the CTIO agenda and technology strategy for telco and has deep know-how of networks and OSS/BSS and is a thought leader on IT-Network convergence, NFV/SDN and cloud[1]native network virtualisation – IT infrastructure and cloud strategy – 5G and telco cybersecurity.
