3 months shy of 27 years in the mobile industry. All of that time working for the same tier 1 MNO in the UK although under various guises. One 2 One , T-Mobile UK, EE who were acquired by BT in 2018 I began my career in a contact centre in June 1998 for One 2 One. Progressed into technical roles with the bulk of my years spent in Operations. I had a few years leading our world leading Mobile test facility in between and  returned to operations 3 years ago heading up the SRE team in Mobile operations which was formed when we  containerised our packet core . I am leading the operational transformation into telco cloud as we continue our transformation towards an autonomous network. Living in Bushey in Hertfordshire  I am married to Suzanne and this year is our 25^th Anniversary with two children Sam 23 who recently achieved a first degree in business finance and is currently on a gap year travelling around Suth East Asia, and Daisy who will be 21 in April and manages a local gastro pub kitchen. Interests outside of work are watching sports ,keeping fit ,  music and socialising with friends and family.
