
David Kinsey
David Kinsey has 35 years of experience in the communications sector. 25 of those years in commercial wireless networks. His focus has been on network management and operational support systems with experience ranging from development to systems architecture. As one of the early architects for AT&T’s ECOMP he has kept involved with its evolution to ONAP. For the last 4 years he has been supporting the O-RAN Alliance in defining the Architecture Description, OAM Architecture, A1, O1, and O2 interfaces. He is also involved in the strategies around supporting independently deployable analytics into the Non-RT RIC (rAPPs) and the Near-RT RIC (xAPPs). David also supports the O-RAN Source Community as a co-chair for the Requirements and Software Architecture Committee. Internal to AT&T he is one of the primary architects for AT&Ts strategy for its Next Generation Network Management System.
