Research Focus

Dean Tan, Industry Analyst, is a member of the Asia-Pacific research team. Dean contributes to research projects ranging from telecommunication operators’ strategy, the mobile network infrastructure, wireless applications and use cases, as well as monetization strategy by service providers. As part of the Consulting & Advisory Services team, Dean contributes strategic analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders across multiple industries and stakeholders.

Past Experience

Prior to joining ABI Research, Dean was an Executive at the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Singapore, where he worked closely with businesses and trade associations on market and regulatory issues.

Education

Dean graduated from the University of London International Program and holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Politics. Dean also received two Specialist Diplomas in Data Science (Data Analytics & Predictive Analytics) from the Singapore Polytechnic.
