Eric Loos joined BICS in 2007, holding positions in engineering, operations and product management before leading the digital transformation effort at BICS from 2018 until November 2020 which resulted in a reorganization of the operations and engineering teams to work end-to-end and product centric. He took up the role of Head of Datacentre Infrastructure in this new organisation. He has over 20 years experience in the Service Provider segment, alternating between network engineering, architecture design, operational and business roles. Familiar with all stages of a network and product lifecycle, he has a unique perspective on the challenges faced by service providers and carriers.
