Eugene Teh is SVP, Head of Business and Partnerships at Telenor Asia. A skilled turnaround and business growth executive, Eugene has a decade of experience driving change and growth in the telecommunications industry. In his previous role as Chief Business Officer at Digi Telecommunications (now CelcomDigi), Eugene led the turnaround of Digi’s B2B business, working with large enterprises, corporates and SMEs to digitalise their businesses. He was also Chief Corporate Affairs and Strategy Officer at Digi previously.  

Eugene started his career in government agencies and top-tier management consultancy firms, spending eight years at McKinsey & Company and Arthur D. Little, and three years in Malaysia’s Prime Minister’s department implementing transformation initiatives.

He holds a MSc in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Berkely, and a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
