Since 2023, Hiren Shah has been Associate Director of Global Product Development & Innovation at Tata Communications. He is responsible for product strategy and innovation across core and on-demand network services, including Ethernet, International Private Line and next-generation Data Center connectivity solutions. His work focuses on integrating automation and AI-driven intelligence to transform enterprise connectivity into a digital-first experience.

Prior to this, Hiren held senior product roles across global markets, including the APAC and EMEA regions, where he led growth initiatives and service innovation in enterprise connectivity solutions. He has over 15 years of experience in telecom product development and management, with a strong foundation in network and subsea cable infrastructure, as well as next-generation, carrier-grade enterprise networking technologies.

Before joining Tata Communications, Hiren played a key role at Bharti Airtel as Global Product Manager for Internet Services & Strategic Partnerships, contributing to the expansion of services across the SAARC region, and the Middle East.

Hiren holds a Master’s degree in Data Telecommunications from the University of Salford, UK.
