Houda is Head of Network API Strategy at Vodafone Group, where she leads business, product, GTM, and commercial strategy – focusing on unlocking telco assets globally to power the next wave of digital services with safety, security, trust, and consumer protection at the core.

Prior to Vodafone, she served as M&A Strategy Director at Deloitte and EMEA Director at GlobalData, advising C-suite leaders, big tech, investment banks, and private equity investors on business & product strategy, M&A, and market intelligence across 75+ countries in TMT. She started her career at French telco Bouygues Telecom as a Solutions Architect.
