James Kershaw has been with Juniper since January 2017, and ANZ Chief Architect from January 2020. During this time he has focused on the effective and efficient use of technologies such as automation, virtualization and 5G wireless-wireline convergence to consolidate networks and transform operations for clear business outcomes.

With over 20 years of experience in the Australian Telecommunications industry, James has diverse experience ranging from multi-national vendors through to challenger brand carriers, in roles from engineering through to marketing, and with customers from all verticals. Throughout his career James has been a technology advocate with a particular interest on the application of technology to solve customer’s business challenges. James has a PhD in the field of teletraffic engineering from Monash University as well as a degrees in Science and Electrical Engineering.
