Johanne is the founder of NaaS Compass, a NaaS Transformation training and advisory services business complementing her Network as a Service (NaaS) adviser and consulting roles. Previously Johanne was Global Evangelist for Telstra’s NaaS. Before joining Telstra, Johanne was director of orchestration product marketing at Oracle; ICT account manager with Ericsson Australia; senior analyst with Analysys Mason leading the service provider program; and marketing director with Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) OSS/BSS solutions. Following a long tenure as a board director and executive committee member of TM Forum Johanne was awarded lifetime Distinguished Fellow recognition. In addition, in 2022, Johanne received the Open API Outstanding Contributor award. She continues to be an active contributor to TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture, leading the NaaS project, and participating to Autonomous Network, and Open API projects together with the MEF Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) projects.
