Jørgen Brecke is Senior Vice President, Technology Strategy and Partnership Ecosystems at Telenor, based in Oslo. He has more than 20 years of experience from IT and telecommunications and has held a number of leadership roles within the Telenor Group for more than 15 years.

In his current position, he is responsible for Telenor’s technology strategy, as well as building and evolving partnership ecosystems aimed at shaping the future of telecommunications through innovation and collaboration.

Brecke has in recent years led large-scale transformation programmes across both IT and networks, with a particular focus on modernising operating models, automation, data- and analytics-driven intelligence, and improving customer experience across Telenor’s operations.
