With more than 25 years of leadership experience, he brings deep expertise in product innovation, customer solutions, and achieving operational excellence.

Before Proximus Global, Jorn held a range of senior roles at BICS. Most recently, as Vice President of Customer Solutions & Products, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product portfolio and enhancing customer experience.

A respected leader within the Proximus ecosystem, Jorn is known for his customer first approach, collaborative leadership, and dedication to innovation. He is passionate about building future-focused products and inspiring teams to develop scalable and impactful solutions to meet the demand of a rapidly changing digital landscape.

Jorn holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from the Leuven University and a Master’s Degree in Science of Marketing from the Vlerick Management School in Leuven.
