Kristian Toivo is the Executive Director of Telecom Infra Project (TIP) since June 1, 2022.

TIP is a global community of organizations working together to accelerate the deployment of open, disaggregated, and programmable network solutions, through developing, testing and promoting them.

Kristian joined TIP following a 30-year career at Ericsson and most recently at ATOS IT Services, where he was Global Client Executive.

Kristian started his career at Ericsson, where he held roles including Managing Director of Ericsson Eurolab GmbH, Head of Development Unit Core Networks, Head of R&D Finland, and Head of Customer Unit for a leading operator customer. He subsequently became CEO of Zenterio, a Swedish TV & Media technology company, before joining Atos in 2020.
