Mark Newman is chief analyst at TM Forum, an alliance of 800+ operators and technology suppliers with a remit to drive the transformation of the telecoms business. Within the last 18 months Mark’s research has focussed on how telecoms operators are embracing artificial intelligence to drive productivity, automation and innovation across their organizations. He also has a long-standing interest in new business models for telecoms operators and how they should embrace new technologies and partnership opportunities to create new lines of business.

Mark is a regular speaker on the international conference circuit and is often invited by senior management at telecoms operators and vendors around the world to deliver seminars and workshops on the future of the telecoms business.
