Max is Chief Technology and Security Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Fastweb +Vodafone since May 2025. In his role Max is responsible for the technology and security of the company, driving the integration of the two converged fixed & mobile infrastructures of former Fastweb and former Vodafone as well as evolving the network and services through cloud adoption, AI driven transformation initiatives.

Prior to Joining FastwebVodafone, he was Vice President of Mobile and Cloud in Liberty Global UK where he led the 5G evolution and mobile transformation agenda as well introduction of new solutions for B2B since December 2022. Between 2003 and 2022 he worked for Vodafone UK and IE holding several roles across mobile and fixed networks covering strategy, planning, deployment and operations, network technology roadmap and supplier selection, , Merging & Acquisition, Large Technology Integration programmes and Business Technology Solutions delivery across 8 Vodafone European markets.

Max started his career at Cefriel in Milan before moving to UK in 1999 to work for Motorola network solutions.
