Mónica Sala is currently Chief Network Officer at MasOrange and a member of the company’s Executive Committee. She holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and an MBA from ESADE. She brings a 360-degree perspective across the telecom ecosystem, with leadership experience spanning operators, technology vendors, and the public sector, and a track record across Network, IT, and B2B responsibilities. In 2010, she received the “Salva i Campillo” Engineer of the Year Award from the Catalan Association of Telecommunications Engineers.
