Rana has 20 years of experience within the Orange Group, during which she has held various positions managing multicultural teams and strategic programs.

She has notably led significant technical transformations such as the fixed network evolution program and the ‘Move to Cloud’ initiative for 17 African countries, facilitating the migration of Orange Money services to the cloud.

As Director of Mobile Networks skill center for four affiliates, she supported them in network management and evolution strategy.

More recently, as Director of the Digitalization and Automation skill center for the seven support functions divisions, she guided business teams through digital transformation and value creation.
Today, Rana leads the Telco Cloud direction at Orange International Networks, overseeing the design, deployment, and operations of our distributed Telco Cloud infrastructure, which forms the foundation of our next-generation services. She drives the transformation toward software-based networks, enabling faster, more innovative services powered by the Telco Cloud.
