As Head of Managed Services, Roger is responsible to lead our Managed Services delivery across the market area, including within our key markets in India, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

A key aspect of Roger’s role is to drive operations transformation, innovation and continuous improvement for our CSP partners, with a constant focus on leveraging the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Automation to improve network performance and enhance customer experience.

Roger has been with Ericsson for 20 years, and has held several senior positions in sales and delivery in customer accounts and at a region leadership level.

Roger is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
