Head of IT & Telco Cloud Operation Transformation within the AUTONOMOUS NETWORKS & INFRASTRUCTURE direction at Telefónica CTIO area

I have played key roles in various organizations and departments within the company for more than 20 years, leading the transformation of operations, processes and systems.

Over the last 5 years my activity has consisted in transforming the operating model of the Operating Businesses of the Telefónica Group by promoting the automation and autonomy of our networks and systems for the IT and Telco Cloud technological domains in order to improve the customer experience, the quality and agility of our processes in the most efficient way possible.
