Shanthi Ravindran has over 30 years of experience working as a Principal Architect on the development, deployment, operations and technical sales of wireless networks and associated software, starting from the first GSM/CDMA networks in Asia with Motorola and Nokia. Since then, she has been researching into software based automation for next generation networks and was the Lead Analyst for the nascent Network Orchestration program at Analysys Mason in 2015. She now focuses on the next step changes imminent in the evolution of the networks of the future and contributes to the AIOps and Private Networks research at Appledore Research Group.
