Prior to this, Shiv founded Mandala Insights, a boutique analyst firm covering the next billion digital opportunities in Asia. He covered the telecommunications industry in Asia-Pacific for IDC as Telecom Practice Leader and as a Principal Analyst for Omdia, along with stints at the Yankee Group, Qualcomm and LogicaCMG while based in the United States. Shiv is a frequent speaker at conferences and client engagements. He is also often invited to present his opinions on news and print media.
