Dr. Sri Safitri is a senior Indonesian digital transformation and customer experience leader, currently serving as Group Corporate Transformation Leader at CeO Office of Telkom Indonesia and Secretary General of Partnership at KORIKA (Indonesia’s AI Research and Innovation Collaboration). She has led initiatives across AI ecosystem development, responsible technology adoption, customer experience, digital capability building, and enterprise transformation. Previously, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of Telkomtelstra a joint venture of Telkom Indonesia and Telstra Australia. Recognised as CX Leader of the Year 2021 and Women in Cyber Security Leader 2022, Dr. Sri is a frequent speaker on AI, digital transformation, customer-centric innovation, cybersecurity, and inclusive technology leadership.
