Sulaiman Khan is Mobile Network Technology and Architecture Lead at Virgin Media O2, where he shapes technology and architecture strategy to deliver next generation connectivity and digital services for millions of customers in the UK. With over two decades of international experience across operators and vendors, he has held senior roles spanning strategy, solution sales, consulting and radio network engineering at Nokia Networks, O2 (Telefónica UK) and Virgin Media O2.

At Nokia Networks, Sulaiman progressed from RAN consultant and senior radio planning and optimisation engineer to solution consultant and solutions sales manager, working with Tier 1 operators across Europe to design and sell complex mobile network solutions. During his time at Nokia, he received the prestigious Europe Star Award in recognition of his outstanding commercial impact and customer value creation. In his subsequent strategy roles at O2 UK and Virgin Media O2, he has focused on long term network evolution, 5G and beyond, and the technology roadmaps that underpin new products and customer experiences.

Sulaiman combines deep technical understanding with a strong business mindset, bringing practical insights from developing strategy inside a major converged operator, bridging the gap between architecture blueprints and real world execution in complex organisations. He has worked across France, Germany, and the UK, bringing a global perspective on networks, value creation, and innovation to every discussion.
