Tolga Kilic has 20+ years of experience in telecommunications at policy making and regulatory institutions, challenger and incumbent operators and industry associations. He has gone through the hot topics of the industry such as spectrum auctions, convergence, network sharing and wholesale access, and now deals with optimization, digitalization and expansion as part of telcos’ efforts to fit into the digital world. Having joined in January 2021, Tolga works on corporate strategy, major transformation projects, business development and start-up scouting with Turkcell Strategy team.
