Vishnu is a Digital practitioner and a Handyman! Digital starts with experience and ends with a successful business. His focus is challenging assumptions, reimagining existing offerings and pushing the boundaries of how anything is traditionally consumed by leveraging digital technologies. Digital doesn’t just address disruption; it creates it too. His vision, thinking and strategy is more inclined to the future state.

He excels at identifying opportunities in existing client industries & eco systems, to create and deliver a win-win solution. His industry experience covers Digital for Banking, Real-Estate, Commodities, Transport, Trade, Telecom, Technology, Shipping, Aviation, Government, Retail, Insurance, F&B and Sustainability.

Vishnu leads customer engagement for 5G & IOT at Singtel working its ecosystem of key clients, vendors, partners, regulators and associates. His work is focused on leveraging key 5G & IOT capabilities to create commercial and societal value. This includes solving for the problems that we are aware of, as well as future casting solutions and business models. As an evangelist for 5G internally and externally he aims to raise the aware of key aspects of 5G which will enable stakeholders to understand the technology, identify the context for using it and most importantly leverage the Singtel capabilities to create efficient, economical and high ROI use cases. He is a trained Design Thinking practitioner and has facilitated more than 200 design thinking workshops to co-create use cases.

Previously he was leading the Singtel Center of Digital Excellence (CODE) which aspires to be the partner of choice for enterprises in Asia Pacific to help them in accelerating their Digital Transformation journey. The lab is fully equipped to conduct training, prototyping as well and develop use cases for digital transformation. The lab has a private 5G network with a on-premise MEC which is used for co-creation of solutions with clients and partners.

His past roles include leading Digital Client Engagement & Solutioning (SVP) for institutional customers of DBS Bank (World’s best Digital Bank) and wholesale digital payments transformation (Associate Director) at ANZ Bank (for Asia Pacific).
