Dr. Erol Hepsaydir received his PhD in the Electrical Engineering at University of Technology, Sydney. He worked in cellular industry over 30 years mainly in the RAN domain.  His last job with an operator was with Three UK as Head of RAN and Devices Strategy for 20 years.  He was appointed as Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor at the University of Kent in United Kingdom.  Currently, he is working for P.I. Works as VP of Business Developments and Solutions.  The company provides mobile network automation tools.  His current interest areas are 5G and RIC.
